When i email shopcare regarding the issue they just say it's been queued to the research department.

August 19th of 2024 I emailed sgcnetworkagreement@safelite.com to have my shop removed from the allstate affiliate list. They responded back saying I was taken of the affiliate program. I received this dispatch on 10/16 showing rates of 50% off nags. I messaged them multiple times saying that rate is incorrect, they agreed and told me non affiliate shop in MN for Allstate rate is 0% nags like always. I submit my invoice on completion with the correct rates for a non affiliate shop and they still changed it to 50% off. Resulting in a $507.88 short pay. Every time I email them asking about it they say it's been queued for research but don't do anything to fix mistake. I have done many jobs for Allstate since and dispatch shows correct rate of 0% off.

So the part requires a 3 sided underside molding kit -WKT F3404 for $47.46. Upon completion, invoice was uploaded and accepted. Safelite removed the molding kit. from invoice and short paid $53.74(part plus tax). I emailed 45 days ago regarding the short pay and they still have no update when it will be paid.

This payment should be expedited given the past-due nature and hassle the shop has had to endure.	Authorization $1,555.35		SGC Network	SAFECO INSURANCE	MinneGlass	✓	Insurance agent sent me a referral saying customer needs windshield replaced. I contact customer, we do a 3-way call with Safeco, claim gets set up as a replacement, gets selected for pre-approval pictures (big surprise). Customer takes photos of damage, that was bigger than a silver dollar. I get dispatch back from Safeco, schedule job, complete replacement and send in invoice. They reject my invoice saying from pre-approval pictures say it could be repaired (it was not repairable). Agent, customer, and I all call Safeco to get the issue fixed. Safeco says he would have to send in photos of the damage again. Which we cannot do as windshield is already replaced. Third party approval company will not give me any info and says they can only talk to the customer and will not talk to customer with me on the phone (defintely steering). Been over 100 days and Safeco won't do anything about it. 1/29/2025 (IGA) - In your reporting you cite you have a dispatch from Safeco to “schedule job, complete replacement, and send in invoice.” Since this is a main point of the report, can you email me a copy of this dispatch from the insurance company or any other information you have on it.
